Proof of Vermonterness is not required, anyone that identifies as a Vermonter is entitled to a free copy. Postage is included for US Domestic mailing addresses.

The standing offer for a free printed copy should be considered terminated if copies are generally available to order from a bookstore at a reasonable cost in mass market paperback.
